This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments made for the SistemTakip service may be refunded. SistemTakip is a digital service provided by Pariette Inc.
1. General Information
SistemTakip is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the nature of digital services, refund rights are limited once the service has been used.
2. Used Services
No refunds are provided for the current or used billing period.
Users are not entitled to refunds for services already consumed.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscriptions through the SistemTakip dashboard.
Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds for Future Periods
Payments made in advance for future billing periods will be refunded.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card).
5. Trial Period
There is no trial period for paid plans.
Users may evaluate the service using the free plan.
6. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
For payment disputes or chargeback requests, users must contact the support team at tech@pariette.com.
Support requests are responded to within a maximum of 12 hours.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect upon publication on the SistemTakip website.
