1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their active subscriptions through the SistemTakip dashboard.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via https://sistemtakip.com/dashboard/settings.
2. Access After Cancellation
Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not result in immediate termination of access.
3. Active Billing Period
The active billing period cannot be cancelled.
Fees charged for the active period are non-refundable.
4. Future Billing Periods
Cancellations apply only to future billing periods.
Payments made in advance for future periods will be refunded.
5. Trial Period
There is no trial period for paid plans.
Users may evaluate the service using the free plan.

Support requests are responded to within a maximum of 12 hours.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect upon publication on the SistemTakip website.
